A graduate engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris, Théophile has expertise in energy & climate and environmental performance issues in the real estate and building sector acquired as a consultant and then project manager at Wild Trees.

A tax lawyer by training, a graduate of Jean Moulin University (Lyon III) in Business Law and Taxation and taking the oath to the legal profession, Sarah has nearly 12 years of experience in tax advice within a international law firm (Global Rewards/M&A) then in a wealth management firm (Philanthropy and Impact). She joined Wild-Trees in early 2023 within the team dedicated to developing CSR strategy and implementing new French and European regulations.

HMONP architect - DSA urban planner and holder of a Master's in Real Estate Management from ESSEC, Ernest contributes to the environmental excellence of real estate and construction by intervening with the project owner. He has expertise on various topics such as adaptation to climate change, labelling, taxonomy, carbon or the circular economy.

A mechanical engineer graduated from INSA Rouen, Djoumo has 7 years of experience in underground infrastructure diagnosis and water and sanitation asset management in a design office in the Paris region. She joined the Wild Trees adventure in 2023 and contributes to the definition of environmental and energy efficiency strategies to promote the resilience and sobriety of buildings. She also assists real estate players on climate change adaptation, the tertiary decree and the European taxonomy.

A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, Lorène works on the subjects of responsible finance and ESG strategy: non-financial performance declaration, construction and implementation of ESG strategy, sustainable finance regulations (European Taxonomy, SFDR Regulation), SRI labeling , and decarbonization trajectories of buildings in operation.

A graduate of ESCP Business School, Mathis works on energy-climate issues, in particular by supporting companies in carrying out their carbon footprint and defining carbon reduction trajectories. He is also involved in responsible finance issues through the deployment of ESG strategy and the application of new European regulations such as the Taxonomy and the SFDR Regulation.

A graduate of the Urban School of Sciences Po in ecological transition of cities, Margaux has expertise in French and European regulations related to Responsible Finance, such as the European Taxonomy and the SFDR Regulation. Margaux also works on ESG issues and extra-financial performance in the building sector.

After several experiences in financial services in consulting firms, Sarah joined WILD TREES as an Administrative and Financial Manager. Working in the internal organization of WILD, Sarah wishes to put into practice her knowledge of the profession in an environment which is dear to her.

A graduate of the Ecole CentraleSupélec's Energy major, Maxime has specialized in the low-carbon transition: first through the production of renewable energies and then in supporting real estate players in their decarbonization trajectories. Trained in the analysis of environmental performance and adaptation to climate change of buildings, Maxime works on Energy and Climate issues within the Engineering and Urban Ecology division.

A graduate of IAE Lille in Master's Degree in Innovative Management, with a specialization in CSR, Louise is a consultant in ESG consulting and strategy. As such, she supports financial and real estate players in the definition of their ESG strategy through the implementation of the DPEF, the LEC and SFDR report or the SRI label

Graduate of Toulouse Business School with a specialty in consulting and business strategy, Léa supports financial and real estate players in the (re)definition of their ESG strategy and in their operational environmental transition, based on extra-financial regulations. emerging: European Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD.

Sara, with an engineering background in mathematics with nearly 10 years of experience in advisory and asset management in finance, joined the ESG Consulting & Strategy team at Wild Trees in 2023. His expertise focuses on the deployment of ESG strategies and the application of new European regulations including the European Taxonomy and the SFDR regulation, which define the contours of responsible finance. In addition, she assists players in the real estate sector in the process of SRI labelling of their assets and assists them in the restructuring of their extra-financial declarations in compliance with the CSRD directive.

A graduate engineer from the Compiègne University of Technology, Julien works for better control of energy consumption and emissions in the real estate sector, through regulatory measures. He also has expertise on the subjects of adaptation to climate change.

Ecologist specializing in urban biodiversity, Jérôme supports various real estate players for a better integration of biodiversity in the building, through labeling, training or even the definition of a strategy for promoting and monitoring biodiversity within the framework of a CSR approach.

With a master's degree in ecology and geography, Simon supports various actors in the preservation of biodiversity on planning and construction issues. It has expertise in life-friendly solutions, to be implemented both in buildings and in outdoor spaces. Simon also supports players in the sector for the creation of educational tools and workshops in order to build sustainable projects and train a wide audience on nature issues in the city.
